No cheese Quick and easy pasta salad for dinner
A simple yet delish dinner for kids or family… takes little effort yet brings great satisfaction to see the happy faces at dinner! You can use steamed or roasted veggies if your choice. I have created two varieties … 1. roasted broccoli and onion pasta salad and 2. Roasted Brussels sprouts and sweet corn pasta salad

Ingredients
Veggies of your choice -3 cups of each veggies and sweet corn one can, 1 medium sized onion chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp red dry chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
One fresh lemon juice
1 tsp chili lime
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 packet pasta of any variety
1 can shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Boil pasta and keep aside. Make two baking trays ready and pre heat oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare veggies with half of the olive oil,garlic powder, and all ingredients and combine well and bake for 30 mins.once ready and roasted take the tray out of oven and sprinkle seasonings of your choice and the other half of olive oul. Now add shredded chicken and then finally cooked pasta. Combine all ingredients well and serve. You can add cheese on the pasta too! Then it becomes a heavy and gorgeous dish.
