Nacho Steak Milanesa & Rice 🔥 Crispy steak topped with zesty cheese sauce & served with flavorful mexican cauli-rice by @lowkarbkhaleesi

👉 What You Need:
top sirloin steak
2 eggs
1 cup @PorkKingGood crumbs (💥 ALESE10 saves 10%)
1/4 cup unflavored protein powder isolate
1 Tbsp @FlavorGod taco tuesday seasoning
Use a meat mallet to tenderize and pound steak to 1/4 inch thickness. Arrange two bowls. In first, whisk eggs. In second, combine pork crumbs, protein isolate, and seasoning. Dredge steak in egg then crumbs. Fry in 1/2 inch avocado oil for 3 minutes per side
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Pace picante sauce
8 oz Kraft Deli Deluxe American cheese, slices cut into cubes (NOT Kraft singles!)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
splash of hot sauce (if you like it spicy)
Bring heavy cream and picante sauce to a simmer. Slowly stir in cheese while whisking until smooth. Add garlic powder and pepper. Store in fridge. Sauce will thicken as it cools. When ready to eat, simply microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir
🌶 Mexican Rice:
4 cups Green Giant frozen cauli-rice
1 cup water
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp G Hughes sugarfree ketchup
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt & black pepper
splash of hot sauce
Place cauli-rice, bouillon, and water in skillet. Cover with lid and simmer until liquid evaporates. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined
