KOREAN VEGAN FRIED CHICKEN??
1) Cauliflower Forets
2) Gochujang Sauce
3) Sesame Oil
4) Chickpea Flour
6) Sea Salt + Black Pepper
7) Sesame Seeds
8) Vegan Butter
10) Green Onions
✨ First, cut your Cauliflower into wing shaped florets to give the appearance of wings (make sure to always wash your vegetables).
✨ In a bowl, combine Gochujang sauce, Sesame Oil, flour, corn starch, sesame seeds, butter, pinch of sea salt + black pepper, and crushed garlic. Stir that all up!
✨ Take your florets one by one and cover them in your Korean sauce and when done place them on Parchment paper to place in your air-fryer.
✨ Place in air-fryer under 350F for 15-17 minutes.
✨ Once done, lightly dip in Korean sauce mixture and add more sesame seeds if you wish and garnish with green onion and red chilis(optional).
This was SOO good y’all and I’ve been wanting to make this for awhile and finally got around to stop being lazy and made them. I made around 8 wings! The Gochujang Sauce is the staple of this meal, it is a Korean red chili paste that is savory, sweet and spicy ??????✨
