RECIPE:⠀

Keto Fried Chicken:⠀
-⠀
Ingredients⠀
Chicken breasts⠀
2 eggs⠀
1/2 cup avocado oil⠀
1/2 cup finely chopped Parmesan cheese⠀
3/8 cup almond flour⠀
1/8 cup coconut flour⠀
1/2 tsp sea salt⠀
1/2 tsp black pepper⠀
1/2 tsp garlic powder⠀
1/2 tsp onion powder⠀
1/2 tsp cumin⠀
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper⠀
Creole or Cajun seasoning⠀

Directions⠀
*Set oven to 350 degrees⠀
*Heat oil in pan on medium⠀
*Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl⠀
*Season chicken with Creole/Cajun seasoning *Place chicken in egg wash and coat both sides *Transfer to bowl of dry ingredients and cover all off chicken well with breading mix. *Fry 3-4 minutes each side or until perfect golden brown *Take off stove and transfer to pan and into oven for 10-12 mins⠀
*Take out to rest 5 mins ————————————————————————⠀
Keto Bacon Waffles⠀

4 Tbs butter, melted⠀
3 eggs & 2 egg whites⠀
1 tsp Stevia⠀
1 tsp Vanilla extract⠀
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt⠀
1/2 tsp Baking powder⠀
1/6 cup or 40ml almond flour⠀
1/6 cup or 40ml coconut flour⠀
Bacon, chopped⠀

Directions⠀
Mix butter, eggs and whites together⠀
Mix in stevia & Vanilla⠀
Add the rest of the ingredients besides bacon and mix well.⠀
Stir in Bacon crumbles⠀
