If you haven’t tried Burrata, it is an Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. It is soft and creamy and provides such a simple, rich accent to fresh tomatoes and basil. If you can’t find burrata, substitute fresh mozzarella.⠀

🕑Recipe Time 🕑⠀

🛒 Ingredients ⠀
✔️1 package spaghetti or pasta of your choice ⠀
✔️1 pint tomatoes, halved⠀
✔️1/2 cup olive oil⠀
✔️1/4 cup balsamic vinegar ⠀
✔️1 tsp salt🧂(or to taste) ⠀
✔️1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)⠀
✔️2 tsp garlic ⠀
✔️10oz Burrata ⠀

📝 Instructions ⠀
⭐️ In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Let it marinate while you start cooking pasta.⠀

⭐️ Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and (while it’s still hot) add to the bowl with the marinated tomatoes. Top with basil and parmesan. Add burrata to individual servings, drizzle with some additional olive oil, S+P, if desired. ⠀
